Contact Us Within 30 Days

Email us at hello@velourapro.co.za within 30 days of receiving your order. Tell us your order number and the reason for your return — no lengthy explanations needed.

We Confirm & Send Instructions

Our team will respond within 24 hours with a confirmation and simple return instructions. We'll make the process as easy as possible.

Ship It Back

Send the item back in its original condition and packaging. Once we receive it, we'll inspect it and process your refund or exchange within 3–5 business days.

Get Your Refund

Your refund will be issued to your original payment method. You'll receive an email confirmation once it's been processed. Banks may take 3–7 days to reflect the amount.
