We want your Veloura order to reach you quickly and safely. Below is everything you need to know about how we ship, how long it takes, and what to do if something goes wrong.
Processing Time
- All orders are processed within 1–3 business days
- Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed the next business day
- You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been dispatched
Delivery Options
- Standard Shipping — 3–5 business days · R80
- Express Shipping — 1–2 business days · R150
- Free Standard Shipping — on all orders over R500
Order Tracking
- A tracking number will be emailed to you once your order has shipped
- Use the tracking link to monitor your delivery in real time
- If you have not received tracking details within 3 business days, contact us
Failed Deliveries
- If a delivery attempt fails, the courier will try again the following business day
- After two failed attempts, your order will be held at the nearest depot for collection
- Veloura is not responsible for orders lost due to incorrect addresses provided at checkout
